Brecken enjoyed a quaint little family party this weekend. He wanted a “RED” party so our theme was red and white decorations.
Uba made some adorable cupcakes to go with our theme.
Cooper was a very good helper when the presents were hard to open.
Everyone had fun playing with the presents and trying on the new clothes!
He blew out his cupcakes (he requested that as his treat) and enjoyed everyone singing to him.
Brecken loved all the attention from everyone.
What a fun way to celebrate turning three! As Brecken turns three there are a few things that I want to remember about this stage of his life:
- He loves Cooper so much, follows him everywhere and copies everything he does.
- Knows his shapes and colors but isn’t really interested in practicing his letters.
- Loves to read – to himself or others
- Loves anything to do with music, play instruments, sings and dances all the time
- Is still very snuggling and comes into our bed everyday to “nuggle”.
- says “my” instead of I which I adore. If I tell him to come here he will always yell back, “my am.”
- really loves to play with Gia, they make the cutest little pair of cousins.
- loves to hold on to “monkey” or “lovey” all day and sleeps with both.
- potty trained about 90% during the day but still using a pull-up at night.
- very chill, goes with the flow and is very happy most of the time.
- athletic, pretty coordinated for his age and likes to play all sorts of sports
- has a huge sweet tooth
