Honoring the Arts

Cooper has been getting a good dose of culture lately.  He recently attended both the Arts Night at the Intermediate School and spent a day at Spanish Camp.  He loved both experiences.  The Spanish Camp was fun because he was with a whole room of kids his age and it was held in the school he will attend next year.  He loved practicing his words and doing the crafts.  At Arts Night we listened to a Didgeridoo player talk about the instrument and its roots.  He also played his special Didgeridoo.  Cooper loved making his own instrument and thought it was extra cool when we got to dip the Didgeridoo in wax to seal it.  The kids got to end the night trying out a variety of different instruments.
