Happy Mother’s Day to Me

I spent Mother’s Day doing everything that I love.  I started out the morning enjoying a lovely breakfast with my beautiful mother.  After breakfast I spent the rest of the day relaxing at my house with my three boys.  It was the perfect day of hanging out – just the way I like it.  I was very spoiled, I didn’t have to lift a finger all day. My boys presented me with spa certificate for a hairstyle, hour massage and manicure.  The works….I can’t wait to enjoy that! After the kids went to bed Casey made me the most delicious romantic dinner.  He grilled out sea bass and scallops with a portabella spinach salad.  He even got the ingredients to duplicate my very favorite martini.  I think my favorite part of the day   though was just sitting on the deck with my little family enjoying each other all afternoon.  My own little piece of perfect.  That night when I was reading Cooper a story about best friends he said, “You are my best friend Mama.” Done. Best Mother’s Day ever!
