Brecken – 5 Months

Brecken is five months old. I will post some pics from the last month, don’t mind some of the funky effects on them, the one above is supposed to look like an old picture you might dig out of your attic – I like experimenting with photoshop and my kids are the perfect guinea pigs for me.  Now, that I am back at school time really seems to be cruising along.  Brecken seems bigger (in girth) everyday! I think that Brecken is loving his time home with his daddy. Somewhere between months 4 and 5 months Brecken found his feet.  They are his new favorite toy.  He loves to squeeze them and bring them up to his mouth. Sticking his toes in his mouth is a sure fire way to get him to laugh. I think one of the things I love about Brecken is how full of smiles he is.  All day long he just smiles (especially at Cooper) and looks around.  He loves to smile and laugh at  people giving him attention. Thankfully, Brecken remains healthy and is a great eater and sleeper.  The spitting up hasn’t really slowed at all but if that is all I have to worry about, I’ll take it! Cooper is starting to interact with him more now that Brecken will babble and giggle at him.  They make a cute pair and are very entertaining to watch together.   Here is Brecken at 5 months.  Sometimes playing with the blocks is more fun.
