This week at Cooper's school they had water day. The kids had to arrive in swimsuits and they spent the day going from water station to water station. The huge tarp used as a slip and slide looked especially muddy and fun! 
The rest of Cooper's first week at school went well. He seemed excited every morning to grab his bookbag and head to school. He did great and we didn't see tears until drop off on Friday. Casey was out of town the entire week and I think it was getting to him. Casey came back Thursday night so having to leave him Friday morning was a little more than he could take. It was nearly unbearable to leave Cooper in tears but his teacher said after a touchy morning he got over it. All in all the teacher said he had a great week and transitioned great. She said he loves all the activities, is very enthusiastic about being there and is a really good listener. She commented about how much he talks and said he is really funny. Casey and I are glad that he seems to be taking to school so well.
