Uncle Gerry and Aunt Laurie are building a brand new house nearby Uba and Grandpa's house.
It is very big and really neat. 
It has a fun little statue outside, I like to give this guy a good tickle! There is a big captain chair that is right on the edge of their pier so when you sit on it you feel like you are on hanging over the water.
