Last Cottage Visit of the Summer

We just took what was likely our last cottage trip of the summer.  Grandma and Grandpa were also up there so we enjoyed visiting with them. Grandpa was making whistles out of twigs for the kids. The cousins had a great time playing together. We enjoyed our boat rides.  Cooper did a little tubing. You can’t really tell from the picture but peeking out from beneath Casey is Brecken.   We took a trip to the Dam and stopped to snap a few pictures.  Then we started casting, despite the chaos both Gia and Brecken were able to catch a fish on their own!  At night we ate by the fire.  Brecken was indulging in my pear juice! It was a beautifully, peaceful weekend and we took a few minutes to enjoy the north woods sunsets. It is just so perfect up there and I love that the kids will have such amazing memories of “up north”.
