Camp Kindergarten

Cooper has been going to Camp Kindergarten the last three weeks and loving it.  At Camp Kindergarten he gets to spend the day in a real Kindergarten classroom in the school he will attend in the Fall, they also incorporate many of the same time of activities into the day that the incoming Kindergarten students will be experiencing.  I think this is a super way to transition all the kids into Kindergarten and Cooper can’t wait for his first day.  Today, Uba came down for a quick visit and Cooper showed her his classroom.  He took to it all very quickly, in fact, on day #2 Cooper told me to just stay in the car and he could walk himself into school.  I was hesitant but he did it, he is a very confident, capable little boy!
