9 months is bringing along with it a much more active Brecken. He is crawling all over the place – prefers army crawl but occasional shakes things up with the more traditional variety. 
Brecken loves to clap to music or when anyone says “Yeah” and enjoys waving to friendly faces. 
He laughs out loud until he snorts at Cooper all the time. Brecken is a hungry fellow – he eats three servings of food, one snack and about 4 bottles a day. Each bottle is about 6 ounces now that he is eating more food. 
We are transitioning off of pureed goodness to the real deal and he is loving that. Some of his favorite foods right now are pears,peaches, zucchini, cheese, crackers, squash and blueberries. He continues to love puffs and yogurt melts. We introduced him to some ground meat the other night and some breakfast sausage this morning and he loved both of those as well. Brecken has also made friends with bananas, he likes them now as long as they aren’t too chopped up. Brecken has two bottom teeth and two top teeth. One more on the top will likely cut in a week or so, it it pretty white and swollen now. 
Brecken is saying, “Mama” all the time. I don’t quite know if he makes the connection that it is my name because he has been heard saying it when I am not around but he sure says it to me all the time so I am holding out hope that he is saying my name. Brecken loves to ride in the stroller or just explore the area on his own. He is so friendly and happy. Hardly ever fusses or gets upset, he is one of the most content little creatures I have ever seen.
