Brecken – 4 month appointment

Both boys had doctors appointments today and they started with Brecken.  I brought up concerns about him spitting up; Cooper never did spit up so we weren’t sure how much is too much.  Brecken just seems to be flowing all the time.  The doctor said he is what they call a “happy spitter”.  He isn’t losing nutrients and it does not seem to bother him so he said just to deal with it with burp rags and bibs and wait for him to outgrow it.  Brecken was otherwise wonderful.  The doctor sat him up and watched him roll over.  He thought he seemed very strong for his age and would be sitting in no time.  Let’s hope that doesn’t quite happen yet, no need to rush.   Brecken was 25.5” long (64%) and weighed 15.2 pounds (56%).  He is almost caught up to sweet Gia! We are very lucky to have two perfectly healthy children, we feel very grateful for that!
