Big Boy Swim Lessons

Today Cooper started his big boy swim lessons, Mommy and Daddy don’t come in the water with him anymore!  I normally dread little moments that make me realize how old my baby is getting but it is really nice to be able to sit on the side of the pool and just enjoy watching Cooper swim.  He did fantastic and was super excited to be back in the pool again.  His teacher was great, young and fun but firm with him. He practiced floating on his back. He blew some bubbles.  He kicked his long legs.  At the end of the lesson he got to ride the magic carpet with the other student in his lesson. I really love the new place, Little Strokes, where we are taking lessons.  It is a small teacher to student ratio (1:3) and very personalized. Cooper thinks it is pretty awesome too, he felt very proud of himself.
