The doctor told me this would be my last chance to leave the Madison area so we took advantage of the time to scoot down and enjoy Thanksgiving at Aunt Sue's house. It was nice to see everyone since we won't really be able to enjoy any family parties at Christmas this year. Cooper loved playing with baby Gia. She is getting so big and is so much fun to squeeze. Cooper is really good about playing gently with her and waiting patiently while we tend to her.
Let's hope this practice pays off when his little brother arrives. I got to see Stacie and compare belly sizes.
I got her beat hands down! It will be fun that our kids will be only 5 months apart. Sophia and Cooper are only one month apart and they were great together. Cooper really liked spending time with her.
They were hilarious rocking each other in the big chair at Sue's giggling away.
They sat by each other to enjoy some dessert.
Aunt Ali took them outside to work off some of those calories. After Sue's house we all crashed and then woke up the next day to do it all again.
Uba and Grandpa prepared a really yummy feast just so we could package it all up and take it home for leftovers.....yum, my favorite! We just can't get enough of that deep-fried turkey.
Wasn't that nice of them? We all have so much to be thankful for this year...topping off our long list: family, health and a new home!!
