Butter and Cheese

Today at school Cooper experimented with goat milk from his school's five goats. His two's class took the milk and made homemade cheese and butter. He said he really liked the butter on his bread but he didn't like the cheese. His exact quote was, "Mama, me no like the goat cheese, it kinda spicy." Not sure "spicy" is the right adjective but what a neat project to do at school!
