We went to the Kites for Peace festival again this year.
It is so beautiful to see all those huge brightly colored kites flying in the sky. We attended this last year as well and it was the same time of the year only it was unseasonably warm - we were in shorts and t-shirts last time. 
Next year we have to remember to go towards the end when all the kites are up and the sky is completely full, it is amazing to see.
