Cooper is a serious sticker lover. He loves to cover himself in stickers of all kinds. Recently, Grandma Jane gave him a sticker book full of Sesame Street stickers. Today he was playing with them yelling, "Mo Mo (Elmo) Stickers!"
I thought I would snap a picture when he glanced up at me to showcase his recent black eye. In this photo I asked him to close his eyes to show me his ouch. Here it is...
Today, he bumped himself in the car and got a black eye and yesterday he had a little scuffle with a little boy over a toy and ended up with a split lip. I had to resist the urge to pummel that other little toddler. Casey, however, has embraced the split lip and black eye. He thinks it makes Cooper seem tough. Cooper seems a little excited about it as well. He likes to point them out and say, "Cooper Eye has an ouch. Cooper mouth has an ouch." I can't help but think this won't be the last black eye we see on him!

Unfortunately I think you are right...I think that this is probably one of many more to come!
Cooper, you've got a ways to go to catch up to your Daddy's double shiners when he was a little boy. But it's a good start. Stay healthy young man!
