Up North One Last Time

I went to the cabin with Mommy, Daddy, Uba, and Grandpa this weekend. We decided to take advantage of the fact that Mommy and Uba had no school and could make it a long weekend. It was so nice at the cabin, warm and sunny. I think it is so pretty up north, everything is so quiet and it has a fresh Christmas tree smell that I love. I had such a fine time playing in the yard and looking at the lake. The view from the pier is so pretty and I think the water is amazing. The boat ride can get a little chilly so I have to bundle up. I found a fun bobber hiding on the boat. Grandpa and I both have silly hats. I took a fun boat ride with Ruby too. We love to run up and down the pier together.We got to warm up by the fire at night and cook out some hot dogs. I discovered a wood pile to climb on. I am the King of the Hill! Or am I?! Everyone needs to enjoy a beverage up at the cabin...even me. We made a visit to the Dam to do some fishing. I helped Daddy fish. It was Uba who was the superstar at the Dam this time, she caught her first musky and it was very exciting to watch. Way to go Uba!!! I love our family trips to the cabin.
